Who We Are

SayLess is rooted in music that moves the head, heart & body. We are driven by rock, shaped by offbeat rhythms that echo island soul & touched with the pulse of Hip Hop. We blend styles into something fluid & original. Our music is familiar enough to feel like home yet fresh enough to keep you locked in.

Adam
Adam Latiff is a Florida-based guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter whose career has spanned decades, genres, and continents. Starting out in 1989 inspired by the grit of Guns N’ Roses and the depth of grunge legends like Nirvana and Alice In Chains, Adam found his lane as a left-handed guitarist with a love for raw, honest sound.
He cut his teeth in progressive rock and reggae with bands like Devereux and SWATT—projects that shaped his signature style: a big sound from tight-knit, three-piece setups.
He went on to tour internationally as rhythm guitarist and vocalist for Puddle of Mudd, sharing some of the world’s largest stages. Alongside that, he launched the long-running Nirvana tribute Heart Shaped Box, and today remains active in two original projects: Vanilla Women, a retro-charged rock band with modern punch, and Say Less, a genre-blending two-piece carrying the spirit of SWATT into a new era.
For Adam, music is more than a path—it’s where he’s most alive.
Will
Will Allen-Johnson is a drummer whose passion for rhythm began at the age of three. Growing
up with a drummer father, music was a constant presence in his life. He started playing drums in church as a child and quickly progressed, joining his school band as a percussionist. Notably, he made history in high school as the first freshman to secure a spot on the snare line of the drumline, competing in numerous school band competitions throughout his high school years.
At 17, Will began touring with bands, taking his drumming skills to a professional level. After
high school, he joined the band “Nothing Til Blood”, recording three albums with them and securing a record deal with Facedown Records. This marked the beginning of his journey as a sought-after session drummer.
Over the years, Will has played with a diverse range of artists, spanning various genres from
pop and country to rock and reggae. His versatility has allowed him to work with numerous musicians, also serving as a music director for many of them. Today, Will continues to build on his rich musical legacy, thriving in the ever-evolving world of session work and live performance.
